| Q. Will you produce my play? A. We are not a producing entity. We exist to help develop our members' works. This may culminate in a staged reading or even an advanced workshop consisting of blocked action, costumes, and props, etc., but by no means is this to be considered production. We know several very good theater companies in the area better suited to this. Q. Are you accepting members? A. With our current development process and schedule, we are not adding members right now... but stay tuned! ... and yes you can send us a script anyway, just in case, just because, etc. but because we are busy reading and workshopping each other's works in progress, it may be a while before we even come up for air. Q. How often do you present works in public? A. We are very pleased to have lined up approximately quarterly readings with Rover Dramawerks of Plano and MBS Poductions of Addison. We hope to develop similar relationships with other theaters in the area. If you have a coffee shop, a stage in need of dusting off, or any other venue appropriate for a reading or even a limited workshop production, we are very interested in speaking with you! Q. Do you need actors, directors, etc.? A. Yes, this is a leading question - absolutely, we do! If you are excited about local playwrights, new works, or just the artistic process in general, we would love your help and input. Despite the classic romantic image of the novelist, playwright, or poet diligently at work alone in a dark and dusty room, the truth of the matter is that art developed in a vacuum usually stays there.
